The Medical Assistant / Back Office Coordinator (MA/OC) is a working Medical Assistant who supervises staff in the Primary Care Division while providing clinical and administrative support to physicians and advanced care providers. The ideal candidate will be a role model for clinical staff, promoting teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent – REQUIRED
✅ Medical Assistant, LPN, or similar certification – REQUIRED
✅ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a medical or hospital setting – REQUIRED
✅ Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting – REQUIRED
✅ Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience – REQUIRED
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office – REQUIRED
✅ Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and leadership abilities
✅ AA/AS degree or specialization in Medical Office Management – PREFERRED
