SIMEDHealth is currently looking for a Full Time Referrals and Authorizations Clinic Assistant, with preferred experience handling medical referrals and authorizations to join us in our division in Ocala, FL.
This Clinic Assistant (CA) position is responsible for processing referrals and authorizations in a timely manner. The CA is also responsible for ensuring that the data entered into the computer system, insurance information gathered and authorized are accurate. The CA must fulfill the duties of his/her position while remembering Customer Service and professionalism are key components of this position and the CA may be the “face” of his/her division.
